BacMam Transducible Cells

BacMam efficiently transduces most mammalian cells, including primary cultures, cell lines, and iPSC derived cells. BacMam transduction provides much more consistent cell-to-cell expression compared to plasmid transfection, and researchers have used BacMam to express our sensors in primary neurons, neonatal cardiomyocytes, human and rodent pancreatic islets, and more! This is a non-exhaustive list of cells that have been shown to be transducible by BacMam.
