Green MitoPaint expresses the bright, rapidly folding mNeonGreen GFP in the mitochondria. Expression is targeted using Cox8. It is packaged in a BacMam viral vector for easy transduction into a wide variety of cell types, including primary and iPSC-derived cells. Add Green MitoPaint to your cells and observe green mitochondrial fluorescence the very next day on standard fluorescence microscopes and automated plate readers.
