Cre-Inducible Tools

All of our sensors can be optimized for Cre-inducible expression. To make life even easier, we’ve packaged Cre recombinase in our BacMam vector for efficient delivery to any cell type.  Specialized promoter systems to drive Cre expression are available by request, with CMV, CAG and synapsin on the shelf.  Use synapsin Cre to target a floxed sensor to neurons in mixed cultures of brain cells. Or if you prefer, cross our Rosa26 mouse with any Cre-driver line for targeted expression of our DAG sensor in your favorite cell type.
