Detect changes in cGMP with the genetically encoded nucleotide indicator (GENIe) – a green fluorescent cyclic GMP assay.
The fluorescence of the GENIe sensor decreases in response to increasing levels of cGMP and can be readily detected on fluorescence microscopes and automated fluorescence plate readers. The assay can also be used to ascertain the specificity of PDE inhibitors. More details available at the cGMP Assay page.
