Express the bright mNeonGreen GFP in the living cells of your choice. mNeonGreen is packaged in a BacMam viral vector for consistent, titratable transduction into a wide variety of cell types, including primary and iPSC-derived cells. Add to your cells and observe green cytosolic fluorescence the next day on standard fluorescence microscopes and automated plate readers.
This is a great tool for optimizing BacMam transduction conditions or mNeonGreen fluorescence detection. CAG and Synapsin driven versions are available as well, please reach out for more information on these tools.
