Flag tagged MyrPalm cADDis cAMP sensor targeted to the plasma membrane. Monitor changes in cAMP in real time with fluorescence imaging. Genetically-encoded and packaged in a BacMam viral vector for easy transduction into a wide variety of cell types, including primary and iPSC-derived cell lines.
Materials in the Kit:
• Green Membrane-Targeted FMP cADDis cAMP
• Sodium Butyrate, 500 mM in H2O
• β2 Adrenergic Receptor BacMam with nuclear red label
• Isoproterenol 10 mM, in 10mM HCl
To target the lipid rafts, the MyrPalm sequence from Lyn Kinase is fused to the cAADis sensor. This has been used in several studies to follow cAMP signaling at the lipid (Agarwal et al., 2017, 2018).
