$995.00

Flag tagged S15 cADDis cAMP sensor targeted to the plasma membrane. Genetically-encoded and packaged in a BacMam viral vector for easy transduction into a wide variety of cell types.

Featured Publication:

Hepatocyte cholesterol content modulates glucagon receptor signalling

Flag-tagged membrane targeted cyclic AMP sensor using the S15 targeting motif. Monitor changes in cAMP in real time with fluorescence imaging. Genetically-encoded and packaged in a BacMam viral vector for easy transduction into a wide variety of cell types, including primary and iPSC-derived cell lines.

Materials in the Kit:

• Red Membrane-Targeted fS15 cADDis cAMP

• Sodium Butyrate, 500 mM in H2O

• β2 Adrenergic Receptor BacMam with nuclear green label

• Isoproterenol 10 mM, in 10mM HCl

To target the plasma membrane, the first 15 amino acids of c-Src are fused to the cADDis sensor (Kaplan et al., 1994)
