TRPM1-targeted G-GECO Ca2+ Assay Kit – Big Sky (U0652G)
Green fluorescent calcium assay that has been targeted to the Lysosome using TRPM1. Packaged in Big Sky BacMam, standard stock comes with CMV promoter.
The fluorescent, genetically-encoded calcium (Ca2+) indicator (GECO) was developed by Robert Campbell’s lab at University of Alberta. In this sensor, TRPM1 has been fused to G-GECO to localize the sensor expression to the lysosome. The BacMam delivery system enables consistent and controllable expression in a wide variety of cell types including iPSC-derived cardiomyocytes and neurons. • Sodium Butyrate 500 mM in H2O.
• Z0200R human M1 muscarinic acetylcholine receptor BacMam with nuclear red label in TNM-FH Insect Culture Medium.
• Carbachol 25 mM in H2O
