Screen Gs-coupled GPCRs to monitor increases in cAMP on fluorescence plate readers or imaging systems. Standard stock comes with CMV promoter. Other promoters are available, please inquire!
Measure cAMP signaling in real time, in the living cells of your choice. Increase in fluorescence indicates increase in cAMP production. Red cADDis is genetically-encoded and packaged in a BacMam viral vector for easy transduction into a wide variety of cell types, including primary and iPSC-derived cell lines. Measure robust signals on standard fluorescence microscopes and automated plate readers. For more details see the cADDis cAMP assays page.
