Green Cell Stress Assay Kit (U0900G)

Bright Green fluorescent ER Stress assay to detect response and reversal of chemical or genetic ER stress response and UPR. A new version of this sensor is now available, product #U0921G. The sensor mechanism is the same, but the updated sensor is packaged in our new Big Sky BacMam vector and constitutively expresses the bright Montana Paintbrush RFP for improved Z' and plate reader compatibility.
