#X0250G Green Gi cADDis cAMP Assay Kit (Big Sky)

$895.00$2,995.00

Screen Gi-coupled GPCRs to monitor inhibition of cAMP production on fluorescence plate readers or imaging systems. Standard stock comes with CMV promoter. Other promoters are available, please inquire!

This is an updated version of product #X0200G, the difference being that the cADDis cAMP biosensor is packaged in Montana Molecular's Big Sky BacMam vector.

A simple and robust assay for Gi-coupled receptor signaling without the need for co-factors or cell lysis. cADDis is a genetically-encoded biosensor for cAMP that is packaged in a BacMam viral vector for easy transduction into a wide variety of cell types, including primary and iPSC-derived cell lines. Measure robust signals 24 hours post transduction on standard fluorescence microscopes and automated plate readers. See additional details on the cADDis cAMP assays page.

Materials in the Kit:

• Green Downward cADDis BacMam

• Sodium Butyrate, 500 mM in H2O

• hD2 Receptor BacMam

• Quinpirole Hydrochloride 2 mM, in sterile H2O
